Meet The Team

Dougie Simmers is the Regional Comissioner for North East of Scotland

Dougie heads up the team of Assistant Regional Comissioners and Regional Advisors who support Scout Groups throughout the Region. Below is a list of the Regional team who all assist Dougie with different aspects of running an efficient Region, click on their profile to find out more about each person, what they do and more importantly how they can help your Group.

The emphasis of a region is to give local districts more scope to plan and deliver programme support for young people and adults involved in Scouts. Please contact anyone of the regional team for more information about how Scouts can be developed for more young people and adults in your area. We have a number of Assistant Regional Comissioners and special advisors who are regionally avaliable to assist you with their specialist area of Scouts.
